**About the opportunity**

Join us in working on Non-invasive Ventilation (NIV) products intended to improve patient care and outcomes in the hospital. We provide plenty of opportunities to tackle design challenges and to gain experience in the field with our customers while bringing concepts to life.

Our engineering team has a core focus to ensure patients have access to our existing NIV product portfolio by responding to the rapidly changing medical device landscape. To achieve our goals, we need to add to our talented team. As part of a dedicated, enthusiastic team, you'll be exposed to all aspects of the product-development cycle - from concept to market release, including manufacturing, supply chain, marketing and sales.

Your ideas and ability to solve problems through research, practical modelling and testing will help to ensure our products are world leading. A great communicator, you are the type of person who is confident getting over hurdles to make things work, sharing ideas and taking part in decision making.

**About you**

You have a Mechanical, Mechatronics, Biomedical or Industrial Design degree, looking to make a change. Ideally you have Experience in:

- Project delivery
- Product testing
- Quality Management Systems
- Problem solving experience is an advantage
- Plastics manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential.
