**About the opportunity**

In this dynamic position, you will be at the forefront of supporting our current surgical products in the market. As a key member of a multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in integrating new designs and processes, ensuring seamless delivery of products to our customers. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the product life cycle, implementing design changes and coming up with the appropriate solution fitted to the business needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn at pace in order to drive business growth and contribute to the overall success and expansion of our Surgery business.

**About you**

We are looking for someone who:

- Has a degree in engineering or a related field.
- Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device industry.
- Embraces a flexible, fast-paced, and hands-on approach in a startup environment.
- Participates in the design control process from patient or user needs through to manufacturing.
- Utilizes expertise in QMS throughout all phases of product development and manufacturing.
- Ensures product requirements are right-sized to meet regulatory compliance and ensure compliance during audits
- Adapts to changing business needs and priorities while maintaining focus on project objectives.
- Resolves technical challenges associated with product and process.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to deliver the right outcomes for the business.
