The OSA Mask Delivery team is looking for an experienced engineer to join our team as a Product Development Engineer. In this role you will be focused on driving our mask projects through detail design, manufacturing implementation and product launch.

**About the opportunity**

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Detailed design and specification development.
- Product verification and validation activities.
- Fostering a culture of good DFM practices.
- Ownership of project technical files and design controls.
- Continuous improvement - changing processes to accelerate market delivery.
- Mentoring and coaching others to success.

**About you**

**Requirements**:

- A degree in mechanical or mechatronics engineering.
- 3 years+ product development experience preferably in medical devices or another highly regulated environment.
- Strong attention to detail and communication, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams (Process Development, Operations, Clinical and Marketing).
- Good knowledge of the design process and proficiency in problem solving and document writing. Experience in plastic part design for moulding, CAD modelling in Creo Parametric, CAM and CNC machining will be preferred.
