Our enthusiastic and expert frontline Contact Centre team provides smart advice and solutions to thousands of Kiwi each day to help secure their financial future. In this role you will be:

- Empowering and guiding customers through the challenges of fraud and financial hardship with care and confidence
- Providing an even better Kiwibank experience by referring customers to our product partners when they need it
- Helping customers to be better off by educating and supporting them through their day-to-day requirements and self-service options

Our contact centre operates 7 days a week, so we can be there for our customers when they need us most. The shift we have available is: Monday - Friday 11:30am to 8pm.
