**Job Description**:
We have a great opportunity for a **Property Manager **to join our **Corporate Solutions** team, based in Wellington.

We are looking for a self driven professional to manage a portfolio of residential properties with a focus on improving quality of the accommodation and maintaining best-practice process to ensure consistency and ongoing growth.

This is a 6-month fixed-term opportunity.

**The value you'll add**
- Attend to all property and lease management related enquiries and requests
- Ensure all property compliance and H&S requirements are met
- Provide a high level of personalised and professional service to clients
- Support the strategic direction of the client property, lease and portfolio management programmes and standards
- Undertake property inspections
- Assist the preparation of documentation, including reports, approvals, and reviews
- Assist with projects to drive innovation

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years' relevant experience
- Certificate III or IV in real estate practice or property services desirable
- Ability to travel and a current clean full driver’s licence
- Proficient with computer systems i.e. PowerPoint, Excel and Word would be an advantage
