**About the Company**:
With a recently secured series B funding, this company is set to grow and is creating a whole new product category which builds off their award-winning platform for service businesses.

Their current successful customer experience SaaS platform is for services businesses to empower their frontline workers and make their experience more rewarding.

**About the Role**:
As a Lead Product Manager, you’ll be looking at the overall customer experience to create the new category and work with the customers to iterate fast.

You will spearhead efforts to build a definitive category-leading experience for the platform. You are at the forefront of building the vision, learning from customers, and pragmatically using data to guide prioritization.

**In this role, you will**:

- Define the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for your team
- Deeply understand the needs of their customers and users
- Define the framework and metrics to measure the impact of the team’s services
- Manage the roadmap to deliver this strategy

**Skills & Experience**:

- An established Lead Product Manager with the ability to operate at a senior level in a high-growth tech environment.
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives
- Demonstrated structured thinking, designing and utilizing frameworks to drive alignment and understanding of the problem to ensure focus and impact
- Ability to expertly navigate stakeholder management across multiple disciplines, influencing and shaping decision-making to achieve alignment.
