  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturer warranty compliance and service department best practices.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs, and parts operations.
