Job Summary
The Resident Liaison Officer plays a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between tenants, site teams, and project managers. This position is responsible for communicating with tenants about planned works, scheduling appointments, and providing updates on project progress and timelines for completion.
Main Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with tenants to ensure their needs are met.
- Schedule appointments with tenants and coordinate with site teams and project managers as needed.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and timelines to maintain transparency and trust.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
