Sales Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Sales Professional to join our team at Sagan Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, outreach, discovery, demos, negotiations, and deal closure.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, outreach, discovery, demos, negotiations, and deal closure
  • Conduct cold calling and other direct outreach efforts to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Utilize HubSpot, Slack, email, and phone tools (Aircall) to manage and track sales activities
  • Identify opportunities to refine and enhance the company's sales and marketing processes
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and customer engagement

Requirements:

  • Strong English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in full-cycle sales, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, Slack, and Aircall (or similar tools)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a results-driven mindset
