Service Operations Coordinator

Job Overview
">We are seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to join our team in New Zealand. As a key member of our service operations team, you will play a critical role in coordinating and supporting our Field Service Engineer (FSE) team.
Main Responsibilities
">- Install and manage base database maintenance, including warranty management.
- Prepare and issue service quotations.
- Administer service contracts, including elaboration, billing, and revenue management.
- Manage service order entry and processing, including parts, labor, and contracts.
- Review customer purchase orders and work with the District Service Manager to resolve any discrepancies.
- Assign equipment entitlements and maintain changes to preventative maintenance schedules.
- Maintain vital documentation and keep data updated according to local SOPs.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Adequate years of relevant working experience.
- Prior field experience in medical device repair or hospital medical equipment management is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel functions and Pivot Table Analysis, as well as Oracle system capabilities.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- An independent, meticulous, and organized approach.
- A strong sense of initiative, responsibility, and positive work attitude.
- A team player mentality.
