The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving social impact while maintaining organisational integrity and transparency.

This senior management role involves overseeing day-to-day delivery of nationwide programmes, community hub, and warehouse operations.

You will manage six direct reports including the programmes team, regional coordinators, volunteer manager, and warehouse staff.

Your strategic thinking will be crucial in driving operational excellence and championing a culture of kindness, collaboration, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational performance
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement efficient processes across various departments
  • Oversee resource allocation and financial management of all nationwide programmes
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the operations team
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats
  • Ensure adherence to relevant legal and regulatory requirements

About You:

  • Proven track record of operational experience in senior management roles within the charity or social service sector
