Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced corporate support executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the President and CEO in the President Office.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the President & CEO in managing their schedule, including arranging meetings and travel.
  • Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations before submitting to the President & CEO.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and directing them to relevant resources.
  • Implement and maintain effective filing systems for efficient document management.
  • Support various projects and initiatives as needed, providing administrative assistance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
