Synapxe is seeking a skilled Corporate Counselor to join its in-house legal team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing expert legal advice and support, with a strong background in corporate law, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.

• Providing strategic legal advice to Synapxe's leadership and management teams.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts, ensuring Synapxe achieves a balanced position.
• Advising on all relevant legal and regulatory matters, including cybersecurity, data laws, company law, contract law, intellectual property law, and digital technology laws.
• Managing and maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of all contracts and agreements.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective policies and procedures.
• Staying up-to-date with changing laws and regulations, ensuring Synapxe remains compliant at all times.

• A degree in law and admission to the Singapore Bar.
• Minimum 2 years' PQE gained in practice or in-house, preferably with experience in corporate law.
• An excellent understanding of contract law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with legal tech solutions would be advantageous.
