">Job Description
">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mountain Experience Coordinator to join our team at The Remarkables. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our mountain facilities, promoting a positive and inclusive environment for our guests and staff, and providing exceptional customer service.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Communicate effectively with the admin department to ensure the smooth running of the team
- Meet, greet, and farewell guests, assisting them in the drop zone/car park at the start and end of each day
- Orientate and familiarise customers to our mountain facilities and services
- Assist the transport team, helping guests unload or load buses and drivers hand out/receive equipment
- Set up queue control at the end of the day when guests are waiting for their bus
- Perform media-related tasks such as basic photography and filming
- Chaperone and wear our mascot suits to bring our mountain mascots to life
- Ensure our guests and departments are aware of /and are involved in the various activities occurring on the mountain
- Custodian and cleaning related duties
Requirements
">- Intermediate to advanced skier or snowboarder
- Outgoing and enjoy meeting new people
- Create a fun environment for our guests and team
- Conscientious hard worker who is able to identify situations where they can offer a hand to our guests and to other departments
- Amazing team player
- Understanding that employment is subject to the vagaries of the weather and the hours of work cannot be guaranteed
