You are not just a service attendant, you are an ambassador for our ski area Committed to delivering exceptional customer service you love people and have a zest for life. You are patient, organised, reliable, have excellent communication skills and can be friendly all day long.

As part of this role, you will be required to perform in all aspects of our food outlets. This is a varied role - you most certainly will not be bored; including preparing, displaying and serving of food, bar service, cashier duties, maintaining cafe & table cleanliness and dealing with guest enquiries. Duty Managers Shifts are available for licensed managers

About the role
- Assisting in the preparation, display and service of food on a daily basis
- Table & bar service in some outlets
- Processing orders as per guest requirements
- Managing the operation of the till, and balancing takings at the end of each shift
- Bussing tables, restocking display cabinets and maintaining rubbish areas
- Assisting guests with any requirements they may have
- Assisting in other areas of the cafe including the kitchen as required

About You
- Ability to make multitasking appear effortless.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Hardworking with stamina - you will need to keep up a great pace all-day
- High level of personal presentation and hygiene
- Cash handling skills
- Experience in frontline customer service and a passion for exceeding guest expectations
- Bar or cafe qualification is desirable
- Holders of General Managers Liquor License have the opportunity to secure Duty Manager Shifts on a higher rate of pay for those rostered shifts
- Willingness and flexibility to assist other areas of the cafe and other ski area outlets as and when required
