Job Description
Our client, an established global company, is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment with exceptional teamwork. The role involves coordinating full logistics processes, including prompt order fulfillment and managing inventory supply to ensure product readiness in accordance with commercial policies and distribution models across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end logistics coordination, ensuring seamless product availability from manufacturing to distribution.
  • Manage intercompany and distributor order requests, ensuring efficient order processing.
  • Facilitate customs clearance and inspections, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to address escalations and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct periodic stock audits to maintain accuracy.
  • Analyze supply chain data to forecast stock availability, providing strategic insights for management decision-making.
  • Supervise the distribution and compliance of sample products, where applicable.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of similar Supply Chain / logistics planning experience in MNC settings, preferably from pharmaceutical, medical devices, or consumer healthcare product space.
  • Strong understanding of logistics, customs clearance, and regulatory requirements.
  • IT savvy, proficient in MS Office, order management systems, and SAP.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese, enabling effective communication with Mandarin-speaking internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive and organized with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong multitasking ability to execute assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
