Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your expertise to lead complex programmes that drive strategic initiatives and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Product, to coordinate efforts and ensure successful project execution within scope, time, and budget constraints.

What You Will Be Doing:

  1. Develop and execute programme strategies, objectives, and roadmaps to achieve business goals.
  2. Coordinate and oversee multiple projects within the programme, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  3. Optimise programme processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate communication and transparency across teams and leadership.
  5. Monitor programme progress, identify risks, and mitigate them proactively to keep the programme on track.
  6. Establish key performance indicators to monitor progress and evaluate programme success.

Requirements:

Proven experience in programme management, leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced technology environment.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities, make data-driven decisions, and adapt to evolving business needs.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
