">We are seeking an experienced Guided Coach Touring Lead to join our dynamic team in Wanaka. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with external tour operators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, market-relevant offerings.
">Your Key Responsibilities
">Build a strong understanding of the available products and foster relationships with Sales and Marketing teams to gather customer insights and identify market trends related to guided tours.
">Ensure that our internal system is accurate and up-to-date with information to empower the Sales team to confidently sell guided touring. Maintain proactive communication with guided tour suppliers and source and manage new season pricing.
">Requirements
">3+ years of experience in a customer service or New Zealand tourism-related role is advantageous. Strong administration and organisational skills, passion for NZ and Australian Travel, sound knowledge of the Inbound Tourism Industry, right to work in New Zealand are required.
