About The Job

The Financial Administrator - Credit Management role is critical to the success of our Credit Management & Debt Recovery team and Payroll Operations. This position requires a high degree of analytical skill and attention to detail to manage financial administration tasks, including payroll payments, purchase orders, reconciliations, and recharges.

You will also contribute to various Credit Management activities, such as credit risk assessment of new customers, projects, and reporting to support business units. Your strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team will be essential in this role.

About You

We are looking for a skilled finance professional with experience in support operations, specifically payroll, credit management, and debt recovery related activities. You should have working knowledge and experience of New Zealand credit management and debt recovery policies, as well as an understanding of payroll tax legislation.

As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the payroll finance function, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks. You will also possess a sound understanding of the New Zealand legislative framework governing credit management and debt recovery functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial administration tasks, including payroll payments, purchase orders, reconciliations, and recharges
  • Assist with various Credit Management activities, including credit risk assessment of new customers, projects, and reporting
  • Provide administrative support to the payroll finance function
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
