We are seeking an experienced Administrative and Financial Services Manager to lead our administrative and financial services function in Auckland. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective processes and procedures.

About the Role
As the Administrative and Financial Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of administrative and financial processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative and financial processes and procedures.
  • Lead the financial management activities, including managing company accounting and preparing balance sheets and audits.
  • Assist in developing annual budget plans and implementing budgetary control measures.
  • Collect and analyse financial data to make informed decisions and optimise management profitability.
  • Handle tax payments and submission of documentation, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  • Carry out ordinary purchases and supervise extraordinary ones at work places.
  • Be responsible for internal and external audits.
  • Prepare accounting reports on a monthly basis.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in financial management and operations.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and administration roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
  • SAP experience.
