About the Position

This Healthcare Operations Coordinator role will provide administrative support for mental health services, including inpatient facilities and community-based centres. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of these services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating administrative tasks to support the delivery of mental health services
  • Managing patient information with a high level of confidentiality
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and stakeholders
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced administrative environment
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
