If so, we encourage you to apply for the role of Healthcare Services Coordinator at Southern Cross Healthcare. As a key member of our support office team, you will be responsible for leading the front desk team, managing office functions, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the front desk team across various tasks, events, and processes
  • Greeting and assisting visitors and employees with a professional demeanor
  • Coordinating meeting rooms to ensure they are ready for use before and after meetings
  • Managing the meeting room booking system, including AV equipment requirements
  • Overseeing security processes, access cards, staff IDs, and lockers to ensure up-to-date registers
  • Addressing and resolving any building-related issues that may arise
  • Supervising the ordering and maintenance of office consumables to maintain optimal levels
  • Ensuring opening and closing tasks across both floors are managed efficiently
  • Coordinating company vehicles and visitor parking bookings
  • Organizing courier services and maintaining the office mail service

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and possess technical proficiency in Microsoft applications.
