Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Area Sales Executive to join our Hawke's Bay team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base in the region.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed sales quota/targets across your territory through new agent acquisition and same-store sales growth.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to contract signing, including training and activating new agents.
- Identify and address issues within the current network, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve any operational challenges.
- Make regular visits to high-performing locations, sharing best practices and providing guidance to ensure their continued success.
