This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-level support and advice to the Aotearoa New Zealand (AoNZ) National Committee. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering key events and projects, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the AoNZ office, National Committee, and other relevant committees/subcommittees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide well-developed people leadership skills to manage a team of professionals and achieve desired outcomes in line with strategic plans.
  • Demonstrate ability to gain cooperation and influence people using strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Network effectively to address issues and promote advocacy topics with government, health services, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial management, budgeting, event organisation, and written communication. Additionally, they will possess knowledge of the health sector and the Aotearoa NZ political landscape.
