We are seeking a skilled Schools' Partnership Manager to join our team at the University of Otago in Wellington. This is a permanent, part-time (30 hours) position that offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits.
About the Role:
In this role, you will provide administrative support to the two Wellington-based Liaison Officers and the wider Liaison team. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, booking travel and accommodation, providing front of house reception, managing a schools' database, and maintaining general office upkeep.
You will also support out-of-office promotional events, compile and courier promotional materials, and provide some basic financial support such as paying invoices and reconciling monthly transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
