Job Description
The Senior Community Fundraising Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the long-term growth and success of Kidscan's community fundraising efforts. The successful candidate will lead a small team to develop and implement a comprehensive community fundraising strategy, focusing on driving strong ROI for all activity and increasing revenue.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a community fundraising strategy that aligns with Kidscan's strategic objectives.
- Manage a range of fundraising initiatives, including event planning, donor stewardship, and community outreach.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Community Fundraising Specialist.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop campaigns and content that highlights impact and drives a pipeline of new fundraisers.
Requirements
- Proven track record in leading community fundraising initiatives and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills to engage stakeholders at all levels effectively.
