Job Description

The Senior Community Fundraising Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the long-term growth and success of Kidscan's community fundraising efforts. The successful candidate will lead a small team to develop and implement a comprehensive community fundraising strategy, focusing on driving strong ROI for all activity and increasing revenue.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a community fundraising strategy that aligns with Kidscan's strategic objectives.
  2. Manage a range of fundraising initiatives, including event planning, donor stewardship, and community outreach.
  3. Provide leadership and guidance to the Community Fundraising Specialist.
  4. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop campaigns and content that highlights impact and drives a pipeline of new fundraisers.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in leading community fundraising initiatives and achieving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills to engage stakeholders at all levels effectively.
