About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available to work as a Registered Nurse and join our passionate and multi-disciplinary team at Special Care Baby's Unit (SCBU) in Rotorua Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment, planning, and delivery of nursing care to babies in SCBU.
About the Team/Service/Location
We provide healthcare from our two modern and progressive general hospitals in Rotorua and Taupo, New Zealand. The Lakes district is becoming the lifestyle destination of choice, known for its many outdoor recreational activities, family-friendly beaches, and growing multi-cultural community.
About You
You should be motivated and self-directed with excellent interpersonal skills. Registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand (NCNZ) and current Annual Practising Certificate in the appropriate scope are required. A commitment to ongoing postgraduate education is essential. Competencies:
- Competent level or higher on the Professional Development and Recognition Programme.
- Nursing experience – SCBU experience is preferable but must have some Paediatric experience.
