**Key Responsibilities:**
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients with life-limiting conditions.
- Develop and implement specialist services to meet the needs of a rapidly growing and culturally diverse population.
- Participate in education and training programs for medical and nursing staff.
