Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Student Support Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for promoting our vocational programmes to new and existing customers, ensuring successful outcomes through effective sales processes and customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer interactions to convert enquiries into programme enrolments.
  • Collaborate with sales and academic teams to develop strategic plans and promotional materials.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, iwi, and community organisations.
  • Provide expert guidance on programme options and career pathways.
  • Maintain accurate records in our database.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cultural competence and sensitivity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • A full New Zealand driver's licence.
