The Role

We are seeking a skilled Allied Health Provider or Registered Nurse to join our team as a Vocational Services Allied Health Provider or Registered Nurse. In this role, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver kiritaki-centered rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities

  • To assist kiritaki in returning to work or finding alternative work options through supported employment and return-to-work programs
  • To assess the work demands of roles and create personalized return-to-work plans for clients
  • To work collaboratively with employers, clients, and healthcare professionals to ensure successful outcomes
  • To maintain accurate records and reports of client progress and rehabilitation plans

Requirements

  • New Zealand registration as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practicing Certificate
  • Experience in vocational and community rehabilitation preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Commitment to the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and cultural sensitivity
