About the Role
This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work in a dynamic Mobile team, providing critical support to individuals in the community. As a Life Skills Coach, you will work collaboratively with our team to empower Tangata Whai Ora to live independently and achieve their goals. Your expertise in mental health and addiction support will be invaluable in helping us deliver our services.

Key Responsibilities
As a Life Skills Coach, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing personalized support plans to empower independent living
  2. Working collaboratively with Registered Health Professionals to provide medication support and recovery-focused care
  3. Fostering positive community connections and strong foundations

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary package, including increased Employer Kiwisaver contribution, fifth week of Annual Leave (after 12 months employment), Paid Wellbeing Days (2 days a year), and Health Now Payment Card - $250 per year to support Health and Wellbeing for you and your whanau.
