About the Team/Service

The Crisis Resolution Service is a community-based mental health service that provides acute assessment, risk formulation, and treatment in partnership with people, whanau, and community supports. We assess individuals of all ages and refer them to secondary services or back to primary care.

Our team is multi-disciplinary, comprising Nurses, Doctors, Social Workers, and Administrators. We work closely with emergency departments, police, social services, GPs, and tertiary education providers to ensure seamless care and support.

  3. We contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
