Health and Wellbeing Advocate

About the Role
This role involves working with individuals who require support with daily living activities. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for promoting the independence and well-being of our clients.
You will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized support plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing support with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Supporting individuals with communication and social interaction
- Helping with meal preparation and grocery shopping
- Assisting with medication administration
Requirements
- A strong desire to pursue a career as a Support Worker with a positive attitude
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and sleepover shifts
- Comfortable and proficient in using computers and tablets daily
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Physical fitness to provide necessary physical support
- A Full NZ driver's license
