About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires adaptability, with a seven-day week operation.

The ideal candidate will have a trade-recognized qualification and a minimum of three years' experience in a comparable role.

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of day-to-day kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Culinary Skills: Demonstrate expertise in food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Build and maintain effective working relationships with staff.
  • Stock Control: Manage inventory levels and ordering processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
