Job Description

We are seeking an Experienced Payroll Specialist to join our Auckland or Wellington Customer Service Support Teams. This role involves providing day-to-day front-line helpdesk phone and email support, implementing the iPayroll solution into new customers' environments, and conducting customer training.

The ideal candidate will have proven end-to-end payroll experience (3+ years), excellent communication skills, and be able to represent iPayroll professionally and proficiently. They should also be able to solve and explain payroll problems on the fly and understand the Holidays Act.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven end-to-end payroll experience (3+ years)
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
  • Loves talking and interacting with customers
  • Ability to represent iPayroll professionally and proficiently
  • Ability to solve and explain payroll problems on the fly
  • Understanding of the Holidays Act
  • Excellent attention to detail
