Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an Experienced Payroll Specialist to join our Auckland or Wellington Customer Service Support Teams. As a key member of our team, you will provide front-line helpdesk phone and email support, implement the iPayroll solution into new customers' environments, and conduct customer training.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be able to represent iPayroll professionally and proficiently, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. You will also need to have a solid understanding of the Holidays Act.

Requirements
  • Experienced Payroll Specialist with 3+ years of end-to-end payroll experience
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
  • Ability to represent iPayroll professionally and proficiently
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of the Holidays Act
Work Environment
