About the Role:

The Department of Conservation Te Papa Atawhai is seeking an experienced Governance Coordination Expert to join our team. In this role, you will provide secretariat support to cross-agency governance and working groups, ensuring effective coordination and communication between teams.

You will be responsible for writing meeting agendas, status reports, and key messages, as well as coordinating tasks across teams and maintaining project documentation. Your excellent business writing and visual communication skills, sound analysis and critical thinking capability, and ability to interpret and accurately document policy context will be highly valued.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in Aotearoa's biodiversity and has experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving. We offer a competitive salary range of $79,656 to $100,639 and a supportive work environment.
