Strategic Governance Coordinator

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Governance Professional to provide strategic support to our Board and its Sub-Committees.
This is a part-time role that requires flexibility and strong time management skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in governance and board support, with advanced MS Office skills and experience using specialized board software.
The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and distributing all board-related papers, taking minutes, and following up on actions required. They will also identify and implement improvements to the board's governance processes, manage diaries and emails, and coordinate logistics for meetings and events.

Requirements:
- Proven governance and board support experience
- Strong MS Office skills, including advanced Word skills and experience using specialized board software

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent writing skills
