Job Overview

Datacom is seeking an Employee Experience Manager to join its team. As an Employee Experience Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement and experience.

You will work closely with the People and Culture Manager and the broader team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in deploying a wide range of employee initiatives within a complex industry.

  1. Bachelor degree in Business, IT, Human Resources or a related discipline
  2. 4+ years of Human Resource experience
  3. Significant experience with deploying a wide range of employee initiatives within a complex industry
  4. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing effective programs that support a positive company culture and employee experience
  5. Demonstrated experience in identifying, developing and implementing organisational policies and procedures that ensure efficiency and respond to business demands
  6. Extensive knowledge of employee and industrial relations frameworks
  7. Knowledge in people management best practice principles, initiatives and processes
  8. Knowledge of state, federal and company compliance
  9. Ability to manage complex issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends
  10. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
  11. Proven negotiating skills with the aptitude to ensure win/win situations for all parties
