About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Workplace Experience Specialist to join our team. As the face of the Property Team, you will be responsible for facilitating a seamless employee experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Seek out opportunities to implement improvements and innovations in the workplace.
  • Thrive on variety, jumping into all areas of workplace experience, hospitality, and building operations daily.
  • Communicate effectively to influence and inform stakeholders.
  • Deliver innovative, exciting employee experiences to drive engagement and build team culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and suppliers.
  • Take the lead in quarterly meetings and deliver information on key metrics.
  • Keep records up to date and ensure compliance with essential business requirements.
  • Focus on sustainability and strive to do better.
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills while balancing corporate responsibilities.
  • Ability to multitask and self-manage.
  • High attention to detail and quick to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn applications such as Power BI.
  • Leadership or project management experience is advantageous.
