About The Role An exciting opportunity to use your many talents to build community and manaakitanga (show respect, generosity and care) across the national corporate workplace.
Working with a tight-knit team, you'll be the face of the Property Team, facilitating a seamless employee experience from the moment they arrive at the office until they leave at the end of the day.

What You'll Do As a self-starter, you'll seek out opportunities to implement improvements and innovations in the workplace.
You'll thrive on variety, jumping into all areas of workplace experience, hospitality and building operations daily.
Communication will be your strong point, hitting the right note to influence and inform your stakeholders, to take them on the journey with you.
You'll specialise in delivering innovative, exciting employee experiences to drive engagement, build team culture and surprise and delight in the workplace.
A born leader, you'll build and maintain strong relationships with employees and suppliers, working to ensure every day in the office runs like clockwork.
You'll thrive on feedback, taking swift action to deliver continuous improvement and ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
As the face of the team, you'll take the lead in quarterly meetings and regularly deliver information on key metrics.
Putting your administration skills to good use, you'll keep records up to date and ensure compliance with essential business requirements.
Sustainability will be a driving force, always looking at our impact and striving to do better.
Each day, you'll support CBRE Commercial Objectives, ensuring 100% compliance to CBRE Safety Health & Environment Management System.
Skills and experience you'll need to thrive in this role: Excellent verbal and written communicator, ability to shape, lead and influence others.
Exceptional client-facing skills whilst balancing the demands of corporate responsibilities, working with everyone in the business, from Senior Management through to the heart of the house, the mailroom.
Quick on your feet with the ability to multitask.
Ability to self-manage, balance your workload and work within a team.
High attention to detail and quick to learn.
Expert in using Microsoft Office and confident in learning to use applications such as Power BI.
Leadership or project management experience advantageous, proven ability to plan effectively to deliver on time with strong focus on outcomes.
