Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering various service and maintenance offerings, including installation, repair, emergency breakdowns, and other maintenance services required by AAES customers within our product range.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain the AAES doors product range
  • Complete paperwork/documents as per quality and timeliness standards
  • Liaise with customers regarding repairs and installations
  • Collaborate with Service Coordinators or Planners on site-related issues
  • Work flexibly, including call-outs or overtime as required

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Service Technician
  • Experience preferably in the building materials, service, and/or installation industry
  • Knowledge of maintenance processes
  • Geographic knowledge of local areas
