About the Role
The Facilities and Machine Mechanic is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and production equipment. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
Facility Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
Troubleshoot and repair facility-related issues to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Collaborate with external contractors for specialized facility maintenance services as needed.

Equipment Maintenance & Repair
Carry out preventative maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime and prolong its lifespan.
Analyze and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems in machinery.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.

Safety Protocols
Evaluate and enforce adherence to company health and safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and industry standards.
Spot and mitigate potential hazards within the workplace and on production equipment.
Engage in training programs to foster a culture of workplace safety.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent necessary; certificate or associate's degree in industrial maintenance, mechanics, or relevant field advantageous.
A minimum of ten years of experience in industrial maintenance, equipment repair, or facilities management.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
