About the Role

As a Sales Account Executive at FedEx Australia, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting new sales leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, setting and exceeding sales quotas, prospecting clients, and efficiently allocating resources to maximize outcomes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, and utilize data analytics to evaluate lead quality and prioritize outreach efforts.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Lead Generation: Identify and target potential sales leads through market research and data analysis.
  2. Client Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement.
  3. Sales Quota Achievement: Establish realistic sales targets and consistently track performance to meet and surpass these quotas.
  4. Client Needs Assessment: Engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients to assess their specific needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  5. Resource Allocation: Develop a comprehensive plan for sales initiatives, allocating resources judiciously to ensure optimal return on investment.
Key Qualifications:
  1. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  2. At least two (2) years of work experience in commercial or industrial sales
  3. Strong presentation skills
  4. Proven expertise in influencing, persuading, and negotiating skills
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
