The Opportunity

We are currently searching for an Area Sales Executive in the Wellington area to join our Lower North Island/Upper South Island team.

In this role, you will work closely with the Area Sales Manager, supporting them in their day-to-day duties, including managing key accounts throughout the region, increasing sales and business, and maintaining compliance with contracts.

You will be critical in helping the team succeed by mentoring, training, supporting, and providing relief sales cover.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success and growth within a sales environment
  • Understanding of day-to-day requirements of a field sales team
  • Developed planning skills and ability to manage time effectively
  • Natural ability to engage and partner with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to develop solid business relationships
  • Innovative mindset and willingness to find better ways to do things
