About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient bookings and appointments
  • Process payments and handle banking duties
  • Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems
  • Respond to patient inquiries and provide support as needed

This is a permanent and part-time role working 28 hours per week with flexibility to work late on some Wednesdays and Thursdays if required.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated reliability and timekeeping
