We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional support to our CEO. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Organise the CEO's day, prioritising tasks and ensuring that important matters receive prompt attention.
- Maintain accurate records, including board packs and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics as required.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or equivalent role at CEO level.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
- Familiarity with supporting a board and preparing board materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
