About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager who excels at creating new sales opportunities by leveraging relationship management skills and networking to uncover further potential within the Residential and Commercial building market. Based at CARTERS Rotorua, you will manage existing customer relationships while hunting new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building. You will have autonomy and flexibility to manage your call cycle, ensuring results-driven engagements with customers on building sites, identifying opportunities, and understanding their builds and anticipating their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure complete solutions and packages for customers.
  • Drive the sales process through Frame and Truss Manufacturing from estimates through to production.
  • Collaborate with internal teams around stock availability, delivery times, and pricing to ensure customer needs are met and issues resolved in a timely manner.
