Job Title: Drainage Foreman


As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and leading a small crew in the installation and maintenance of drainage infrastructure. Your expertise in civil and residential stormwater systems will be essential in ensuring that our clients' projects meet the highest standards.


**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and lead a small crew of drainage professionals
  • Excavate trenches and lay pipes according to project requirements
  • Operate heavy machinery including excavators, rollers, and loaders
  • Communicate with Managers and construction teams to meet targets (daily, weekly, and key milestones)


**Requirements:**

  • Hold a Certified Drainlayer ticket and be CCC authorised (Preferred)
  • Ideally have W, T, and R endorsements
  • Hold a clean full class 1 or 2 NZ Driver's License
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to pass all pre-employment checks
  • Have a solid work ethic and be able to work well within a team
