About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will provide integrated casework and group facilitation services to support individuals in their recovery journey.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Facilitate group sessions using evidence-based practices.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local services and whānau.
  • Contribute to the development of programme policies and procedures.

You Will Be Successful If You Have:

  • A degree in addictions, social work, counselling, or a related field.
  • At least two years' clinical experience.
  • Certification with a relevant professional body.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
